2. Artist shall submit the artworks in finished form no later than _________________ 2008.
3. Company or client will pay the artist the sum of $___________________ for artworks, to be paid upon delivery of the finished artwork.
4. Any and all artwork created pursunant to this agreement shall be considered a work made for hire and "Company" or "Client" shall be the sole owner of the original artwork (with the exception of "Portraiture") for any and all purposes throughout the world.
5. Artist warrants that he is the creator of the artwork specified here, that the work has not been published previously, that it does not infringe on any rights of copyright or personal rights and rights of privacy of any person or entity and that any necassary permissions have been obtained.
6. Company / Client agree that artist is working as an independent free-lance contractor and will be responsible for payment of all expenses incurred in prepartion of the artwork/ artworks.
